Last updated: 9 October 2026
This page brings together, in one place, the complaint routes set out in our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Where this summary and a policy differ, the policy applies.
1. How to Submit a Complaint
Complaints must be made in writing. Please include the name of your company, your contact details, a clear description of the issue and, where relevant, the transaction identifiers and any supporting evidence.
| Subject of the complaint | Where to send it |
|---|---|
| Services, transactions and refund decisions | compliance@devedgepay.com |
| Personal information and privacy | compliance@devedgepay.com, for the attention of the Privacy Officer |
| This website and its Terms of Use | info@devedgepay.com, subject line "Website Terms of Use" |
Complaints may also be sent by post to DEVEDGE PAYMENTS LTD., 5780 Victoria Dr Unit #170, Vancouver BC V5P 3W7, Canada.
2. Refund Decisions
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter in writing to our complaints team. The complaints team reviews the case independently of the original decision and provides a written response. Refund requests themselves follow the process and timelines described in section 5 of our Refund Policy.
3. Privacy Complaints
You may challenge our compliance with privacy requirements by writing to our Privacy Officer. We respond to written access requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, where applicable, your local data protection authority.
4. Website Complaints
We aim to acknowledge every complaint about this website and its Terms of Use within five business days.
5. Matters We May Not Be Able to Discuss
Where a transaction has been blocked, frozen or reported under the PCMLTFA, sanctions legislation or the Criminal Code, DevEdge may be prohibited by law from disclosing that fact or the reasons for it. In those cases our response will be limited to what the law allows.
